BALLOON LAUNCH TIME:
AT SUNRISE, weather permitting. (It's an early morning sport.) Balloons do not fly in the middle of the day because the wind picks up, but there are plenty of activities for your family to enjoy all day long!

Did you get an unbelievably beautiful or artful shot at the festival? Send us the public link to your online photo albums (Picasa from Google, etc) or submit your best photographs to us (up to 5 please) for this Photo Gallery and a chance to see your photograph in print.*
